Hello, everyone! My name is Grace (she/her), and I am a cisgender queer woman who is living and working on Treaty 1 Territory. My approach to therapy is primarily attachment-informed, person-centered, and feminist-based. I have experience working with people on a variety of concerns and struggles, including, but not limited to, sexuality and gender diversity, sexual health and wellness, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions.

As a therapist, I strive to help the people I work with empower themselves to create change in their lives and discover what wellness looks like for them. I believe that the therapeutic space can be used to explore many different facets of our lives, such as people’s strengths, growing edges, and their experiences with the various identities that they hold.

In providing folks with a safer space to share their stories, my hope is to help my participants process and work through whatever they decide to bring with them to their sessions during our time together.
